I have been clean and sober for 23 years. In 1987 I graduated from a drug and alcohol treatment facility located in Boston Massachusetts. I try to get back to the facility as often as I can to tell the kids who are there how I got sober and turned my life around. Whenever I speak to them, I am struck by the feeling that if I could just talk with each kid individually I could do a better job of reaching them. This book is about how I envision that Sober Conversation.
