Second Offenders Group

Dear Aaron:

Thank you for meeting with one of the second offender
groups I coordinate and facilitate.  Group members
shared they found listening to your challenges with
drug abuse and enjoyment of sobriety for 23 years,
very helpful to them.  It gave some hope that they, too,
will be able to learn and continue to practice the
recovery techniques they are learning in the second
offenders program, as well as AA and NA.

Your personal story provided positive and healthy energy
to the group members and to myself as the group facilitator.
Often what is heard is negative and hurtful stories that
end in less than peaceful and loving ways.  As a clinician,
I believe the truth can help to set people free to change
the course of their lives.

Again thank you!

Second Offender Aftercare Program Coordinator
